Job Title: Project Manager

General Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager who will engage with stakeholders and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of various initiatives. This role involves managing infrastructure initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.

Your Mission:

As a member of the Production Tribe, you will coordinate and lead projects ('Epics') within the tribe. The Epics typically cover modern technologies around operational resilience, incident management, and service redundancy for critical logs. Additionally, you will handle various security, resiliency, or regulatory initiatives contributing to the corporate roadmap.

Your Role:

• End-to-end coordination for Epic delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Act as a single point of contact for the Epic within and outside the Tribe/division.
• Ensure Epic delivery follows the System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC – requirements/design/test/launch lifecycle) and complies with associated IT controls.
• Define the cost in the Epic investment request, assessing uncertainty levels and adding contingency efforts.
• Manage the budget and support the Epic Business Owner on Epic Benefits delivery.
• Assess and manage risks associated with Epic delivery.
• Represent and report on the Epic throughout its lifecycle in steering committees, from ideation to closure.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Project management skills, ensuring initiatives are managed within defined and agreed boundaries (Time, Scope, and Budget).
• Experience working in an Agile context and comfortable applying Agile practices. Agile certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of IT systems technology stack (from hardware to cloud services) and experience in a complex multi-tenant technical environment.
• Knowledge of specific tools is an asset: Azure DevOps Boards, ServiceNow (project, risk, resource management modules).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders in various countries (remote management).
• Professional Project Manager certifications are an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL is an asset.
