Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to support strategic projects in compliance with the NIS2 Cybersecurity Directive and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The role involves documenting business processes, identifying risks and implementing solutions to ensure information systems resilience and business continuity. You will act as a process expert at workshops organized by Security to integrate risk activities into processes.

Key responsibilities:
Document current business processes (AS IS) and target processes (TO BE) in collaboration with business experts.
Provide structured documentation that provides a global view, detailing elements up to the level of specific activities.
Organize and lead workshops to identify business needs, clarify objectives and solve organizational problems.
Ensure the integration of documented processes into the business mapping and criticality level.
Depending on project requirements, you will be assigned to different projects.
Work on site at least 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days.

Qualifications and experience required:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Process Analyst, including documentation, KPIs and continuous improvement.
Experience as a Business Analyst in information security projects.
Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio).
Experience in projects related to the NIS Directive and/or the Business Continuity Plan.
Experience in conducting workshops with trade experts.
Familiarity with documentation standards such as BPMN.
Mastery of the MS Office suite.

Desired skills:
Experience in a Distribution Network Manager (GRD) environment.
