Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in data and reporting to join our project team, focusing on key transformation initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to projects incorporating both technical and functional enhancements. The Business Analyst will initially focus on two critical domains: data and reporting, ensuring that all related processes and functionalities are seamlessly integrated into the new data model. Support is needed to analyze business requirements, support functional design, document changes, and assist in setting up and conducting tests. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Activities:
- Analyze data and reporting needs in Settle 2.0, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business processes, functional designs, and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers to align on deliverables and ensure seamless integration with impacted Settle 2.0 components and integrated systems.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather input, validate solutions, and identify opportunities for process optimization and functional improvements.
- Define and analyze data and reporting requirements, ensuring effective reporting strategies and delivering insights from data.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including developers, business users, and other teams, to ensure the system and data model align with business needs.
- Support the test content definition that must be integrated into the global project test strategy and validate data and reporting implementations.
Skills (Must-Have):
- Scrum or equivalent agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Business or Functional Analyst (3 years).
- Proficiency in writing clear documents, including business requirements documents and functional specifications.
- Proven experience in Azure DevOps for logging user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) and data visualization techniques.
- Proven experience in leading analysis and facilitating alignment with different stakeholders throughout project phases (from design to test phases).
- Proven experience with Agile work methods such as Scrum (3 years).
- Proven experience with ticket logging and management tools.
- Proven knowledge of SQL – writing and executing queries.
- Understanding of different Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proven experience with ALM for testing (test cases, defects logging).
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and working with data models (3 years).
