Project Leader/Technical Analyst

Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)

Location: Brussels, minimum 2 days per week

Language Proficiency: Dutch and/or French + English

Responsibilities:

Organize project governance, including stakeholders, resources, external dependencies, and communication plans.
Lead steering committees and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders (Business, Process, IT, Sponsors, etc.).
Manage and challenge business requirements.
Coordinate IT architecture activities and outputs.
Set up project budget and roadmap.
Monitor progress of developments with all impacted project teams.
Report on progress, timing, scope, quality, and budget to clients and senior managers.
Anticipate risks and issues, proposing actions to address them.
Proactively communicate with all project stakeholders.
Set up and coordinate change management and training plans if needed.
Organize rollouts and post-production operational processes.
Stimulate and motivate project members.

Manage infrastructure with a comprehensive view of technical aspects of the (Azure) infrastructure & resources, including security, networks, and servers.
Collaborate with architects and other experts to assess impacts of evolutions on platforms and integration components.
Document and communicate processes for the use and configuration of integration components.
Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and drive technical implementation of solutions while adhering to Agile principles.
Lead quality processes to ensure developments meet stringent security and performance standards.
