GTM Manager Position

Mission:
The GTM Manager will be responsible for implementing effective marketing initiatives to position products in the market. This includes creating compelling and up-to-date content for various touchpoints such as blogs, websites, and product pages, as well as developing sales materials for partners. The role also involves managing communication to onboard new customers and guide them through the early lifecycle, ensuring they understand the benefits and tools available. Additionally, the GTM Manager will oversee the loyalty program and existing partnerships, including the dissemination of a bi-monthly newsletter to inform customers about relevant partner deals.
Detailed Tasks:
- GTM Campaigns Support:
- Collaborate with eCommerce to develop and implement marketing campaigns for products.
- Optimize the inbound funnel and enhance user experience across touchpoints.
- Ensure information is up-to-date by reviewing online touchpoints and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Support the development of sales material for field sales partners.
- Customer Onboarding and Education:
- Manage and improve communication for new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Inform customers about their benefits and available tools during the early lifecycle.
- Develop educational materials to help customers understand the market, product types, renewals, and invoicing cycles.
- Loyalty Program Management:
- Oversee the loyalty program and bi-monthly customer communication to enhance loyalty.
- Guide and monitor the rollout of a new customer loyalty program and improve post-launch.
- Manage existing partnerships and explore new ones to offer exclusive deals and benefits.
- Analyze competitor loyalty programs and identify trends to conceptualize unique ways of rewarding and retaining customers.
Competences:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, successfully launching new products/services.
- Analytical thinker and self-starter who anticipates challenges and proactively delivers solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and results-driven environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and engagement.
- Experience in managing loyalty programs and partnerships is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
