Business Analyst 

Project Duration:

Start Date: 15/05/2025 - End Date: 31/08/2025

Location:

50% on-site in Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Support business analysts and product managers in describing the current offering and features.
• Define clear requirements for the target system to ensure customer migration and non-regression in processing.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the target system.
• Manage and mitigate related risks.

Required Competencies:

• Strong proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Customer-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively engage with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and excellent internal communication skills.
• Willingness to support team success.

Tasks:

• Understand and analyze the current offerings and features.
• Translate specificities into business requirements.
• Validate requirements with senior business analysts and customer segment representatives.
• Propose alternatives or trade-offs if necessary and obtain stakeholder validation.
• Communicate final requirements to IT teams and functional analysts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing post-implementation.
• Address related risks, report them, and secure agreement on mitigation actions from risk stakeholders.
