Business Analyst (IAM)

Responsibilities:

• Identify the need to perform feasibility studies and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements (functional and non-functional) into technical specifications.
• Define the approach to requirements gathering, and elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Define the approach to data analysis, migration, and data cleansing.
• Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) tools.
• Contribute to solution integration and implementation or migration strategy, identifying new scope and requirements for parallel operation of as-is and to-be processes.
• Contribute to Business Change Impact Assessment in collaboration with Change Management teams to ensure new capabilities and services are adopted for organizational benefit.
• Analyze the impact and security risks of new service development on the current system.
• Capitalize on existing security measures or mitigations and identify benefit profiles.
• Facilitate communication between the business, IT teams, and key contributors during the project delivery phase.
• Define a test approach for identified requirements to ensure the initiative delivers the expected solution.
• Participate in the validation of the solution through testing and ensure traceability of results.
• Update internal and external documentation to ensure it is up to date, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) or training material.
• Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution.
• Use in-house methodology for creating clear and concise documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Understanding of Identity Management, including access (de)provisioning, role-based access control, joiner/mover/leaver (“JML”) activities, ServiceNow integrations, and knowledge of access control models and policies, security protocols, and standards such as SAML, OAuth.
• Experience onboarding applications in an IAM tool.
• Experience with LAM for Mainframe applications and security sub-system data models.
• Analytical and critical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Problem-oriented and solution-driven approach.
• Flexibility and continuous improvement mindset.
• Capacity to work autonomously and in close team collaboration.
• Understanding of agile methodology and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, statistical data modeling, and data visualization.
• Knowledge in data management principles and practices.
• Understanding of data quality and governance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding of current IAM regulations and standards.
• Understanding of Mainframe and RACF.
• Certifications in Business Analysis like CBAP, ECBA, or CCBA.
• Business process modeling and experience with process mapping tools like Adonis or Visio.
