Mission Context:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Housing & Sourcing Services cluster, specifically focusing on the Facility scope. You will be part of an Agile squad supporting Facility Management, ensuring business continuity and managing various features and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the needs of diverse stakeholders, gaining extensive expertise on the subject.
• Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
• Support business and user testing, and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for uniform execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Periodically review documentation to ensure compliance with control functions.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and fluent in English.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience with Archibus (FMIS), document management solutions, and plan management solutions.
• Preferable experience in Facility Management.

Telework Expectation:
