JOB DESCRIPTION
 
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SAP SD Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accompanying us on 2 projects: company codes mergers and e-invoicing. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into relevant system solutions.
SAP module of expertise: Sales & Distribution (SD)
 
 
What is the scope of the job?
·       Participate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of new solutions as defined in the blueprint
·       Customizing of new setups in close co-operation with other team members
·       Writing technical specifications for program changes to be implemented by the Integration & Development team
·       Define, safeguard and improve the worldwide business applications template to support the end- to-end business scenarios
·       Report to the Team Lead their work progress, design decisions to ensure alignment with the overall project goals.
 
With whom do I need to collaborate to get the job done?
Inside the organization:
·       Sales, Commercial & QRISP IT&Data Team Lead who is the direct manager and mentor of the role, and who provides guidance, feedback and support.
·       Other SAP SD Functional Analyst team members and IT&Data Finance team members who are the peers and colleagues of the role, and who work together on the IT&Data projects and initiatives related to your domain
·       IT&Data Management and Stakeholders who are the internal partners and collaborators and who provide the IT&Data strategy, direction and resources
Outside the organization:
·       IT&Data Vendors and suppliers who are the external providers and contractors of the role and who provide the IT&Data products, services and support Job requirements
 
Educational requirements :

• • Master degree in IT or engineering and more than 5 years related experience or equivalent combination

 
Experience requirements :
·       3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP customizing
·                      Experienced in the SAP modules of expertise and familiar with the corresponding business scenarios. Knowledge of other modules is a bonus
·       Good understanding of the integration aspects with our SAP ECC backend system and SAP S/4 hana in the areas of Sales & Distribution modules. (customer master, sales deals, pricing, order entry, delivery, billing)
 
Specific competences :
·       Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active and result driven attitude
·       Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design
·       Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French, German, Spanish,… is an additional asset.
·       Team player and excellent communication skills are a must
