Project/Department Description and Responsibilities:

The Service Factory department is currently looking for a Medior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between ICT and Business, facilitating the progress of ongoing projects.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into functional and business analysis (user stories) to generate necessary solutions within applicable domains and document as needed.
• Coordinate and implement software solutions, with JAVA as the development language.
• Study and discuss functional analysis with the N+1, report progress, and define priorities in collaboration with the team.
• Support project managers in creating products and processes that add value to the business.
• Write, guide, and control test cases.
• Test solutions in an integrated environment following the Agile method, and/or assist the customer in doing so.
• Report potential issues to functional analysts, proposing optimal solutions for best results.
• Evaluate the impact of potential changes on software modules and report any potential problems.
• Report and share lessons learned, continuing personal development through self-learning and information sessions.
• Perform quality analysis on time by applying analytical expertise pragmatically using stories, acceptance criteria, UML, etc.

Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance and impact analysis.
• Test the final solution as proposed to end users.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Implement improvement actions and good practices in software development.
• Provide advice and expertise.
• Software solutions implementation and support.
• Assist in the creation of tests.

Technical Profile Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis.
• Good knowledge of IT architecture.
• Basic knowledge of software testing.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise architecture is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management.
• Agile mindset.
