V-IT is looking for a Development Analyst for a client in Brussels.

Context :
The role involves analytical development focused on analyses. This includes developing, validating, and transferring various methods. The primary objective is to leverage expertise to enhance these processes within the department.
Working in this role requires collaboration with the team and involves using advanced techniques.
Key responsibilities include designing experiments, managing tasks autonomously, contributing to analyses, writing, reviewing, and approving documents, analyzing results, presenting findings, and engaging in discussions with the team.
This context highlights the technical and collaborative nature of the role, emphasizing the importance of expertise and adherence to regulatory standards.
Team composition :
The team consists of two groups of 40 people each, plus an additional 3 members.
Overall, the team is quite diverse, with a mix of contract and permanent employees. Out of the 80 members, approximately 20 are on temporary contracts, while the remaining 60 are permanent staff.
Typical day :
The main activities are centered around documentation work. Initially, new team members undergo training and orientation. They are paired with an experienced colleague to learn the ropes, especially in method validation and development.
Once they become more autonomous, their tasks expand to include more documentation work, such as writing protocols and reports.
Years of experience :
When considering candidates, there isn't a strict minimum number of years of experience required. The focus is more on the individual's ability to learn quickly and become autonomous. Some candidates may excel and become proficient within six months, even if they are fresh out of school, while others with many years of experience might still struggle with autonomy.
What is important is their ability to adapt and contribute effectively, rather than the number of years they have worked.
