Data Analytics Reporting Specialist (Qlik)

Role Overview:

As a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist, you will be the bridge between strategy, business, and technology. Your role will involve structuring requests for overarching projects and facilitating the translation of business requirements through mock-ups and design thinking. You will focus on creating reports from these inputs and collaborate with stakeholders to derive data insights through analysis, driving adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the BI manager to structure BI processes.
• Ensure proper documentation of data products and reports.
• Facilitate the application of ITIL and SDLC processes with a focus on practical real-world application.
• Collect, analyze, and advise on business requirements.
• Build prototypes, reports, and dashboards in Qlik.
• Create clear storylines for insights throughout the reporting portfolio.
• Analyze data sets and contribute to improving data quality across the organization.
• Test data, reports, and dashboards to build trust in our products.
• Facilitate the adoption of reporting products.

Practical Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 day per week onsite to work with business partners.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical profiles.
• High affinity with agile principles is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team structure with various sources of work.
• Proactive and initiative-taking, with a focus on reporting back on learnings.
