Job Title: Change/Transition Manager

Mission Context:
The Change Management squad is responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT Change process. The IT Change Manager will analyze and approve changes introduced by various entities impacting the organization. The objective is to minimize impact and risk of IT changes while ensuring quality and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze all changes within the scope, whether submitted internally or by external entities.
- Organize committees and meetings to align on information and approval of changes.
- Present changes daily to the Manager On Duty and the Control Tower.
- Attend all boards related to changes.
- Mentor the IT organization on the use of the service management tool and change management process.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Good knowledge (spoken)
- French: Good knowledge (spoken and written - mandatory)
- English: Good knowledge (spoken and written - mandatory)
Education:
Bachelor or Master diploma, or equivalent through experience.
Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in an IT infrastructure environment.
- Strong technology and multi-platform knowledge to understand IT architecture dependencies.
- Experience in a banking environment is an added value.
