Role Description:

As a UX Writer, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and user-centric copy that enhances the user experience of digital products, with a focus on conversational interfaces. Your role will involve creating intuitive and consistent microcopy to ensure seamless interaction between users and chatbots. The goal is to produce on-brand, empathetic, and user-friendly copy that aligns with business goals and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Write engaging, user-focused copy to enhance product experiences.
• Craft clear, concise, and empathetic microcopy for conversation flows.
• Ensure tone, voice, and user-friendliness across all chatbot replies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align language with policy and business goals.
• Structure information for easy digestion in chat formats.
• Iterate and adjust UX copy based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all UX copy.
• Rephrase copy written by colleagues in other languages.
• Update content database with new copy.
• Develop and maintain UX copy guidelines and standards.
• Work closely with designers, product experts, and developers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a conversational UX Writer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX Writing examples.
• Familiarity with Content Architecture for Conversations.
• Ability to understand full customer journeys for effective conversations.
• Experience with conversation design processes for chatbots.
• Stellar writing skills in French.
• Fluency in Dutch (B2/C1 or above) and English (B1/B2-level or above).
