Mission Context:

As part of the Corporate Engagement team, you will contribute to the sustainable growth of the organization. You will be responsible for building and coordinating programs for social impact and financial inclusion, in collaboration with colleagues and strategic partners. The aim is to inspire and engage colleagues to integrate sustainability into their work and to enhance the organization's role in society. Externally, you will help strengthen the organization's position as a sustainable entity through Thought Leadership, creating sustainable value for clients, colleagues, communities, and society.

Function Description:

As an Engagement Coordinator/Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing an engagement strategy and action plan with stakeholders, communities, and colleagues to engage internal colleagues in sustainability initiatives and increase impact.
• Translating strategy into an engaging storyline for both internal and external audiences, in collaboration with the marketing & communication department. This includes briefing on messaging and validating communication deliverables.
• Coordinating financial inclusion programs within the organization, working closely with various stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance visibility for volunteering and philanthropy programs.

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Technical experience: At least 2 years in sustainability (via work or education) preferred
• Business experience: Preferred

Soft Skills:

• Result-driven, flexible, can-do mentality
• Strong coordination/project management skills
• Teamwork, autonomous, strategic thinking
• Experience with marketing/communication briefings is a plus
• Affinity with sustainability is a must

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking
