Project Manager / Epic Delivery Owner - Infrastructure Initiatives

General Description:

We are looking for an Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) who will engage with stakeholders and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of various initiatives within and outside the Tribe. This role involves managing infrastructure initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.

Your Mission:

As a member of the Production Tribe, you will coordinate and lead the projects ('Epics') in the tribe. Typically, the Epics managed in our tribe cover modern technologies around operational resilience, incident management, and service redundancy for critical logs. Additionally, you will handle various security, resiliency, or regulatory initiatives contributing to the corporate roadmap.

Your Role:

As an Epic Delivery Owner, your responsibilities include:

• End-to-end coordination for the Epic delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Acting as a single point of contact for the Epic within and outside the Tribe/division.
• Ensuring that Epic delivery follows the System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC – requirements/design/test/launch lifecycle) and is compliant with the associated IT controls.
• Defining the cost (assessing the uncertainty level and adding a contingency effort, etc.) in the Epic investment request.
• Managing the budget and supporting the Epic Business Owner on Epic Benefits delivery.
• Assessing and managing the risks associated with the Epic delivery.
• Representing and reporting on the Epic throughout the entire lifecycle in steering committees, from ideation until closure.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Project management skills, ensuring an initiative is managed within the defined and agreed boundaries (Time, Scope, and Budget).
• Experience in working in an Agile context and comfortable applying Agile practices. Agile certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the IT systems technology stack (from hardware to offering cloud services) and experience in a complex multi-tenant technical environment.
• Knowledge of specific tools is an asset: Azure DevOps Boards, ServiceNow (project, risk, resource management modules).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders in various countries (remote management).
• Professional Project Manager certifications are an asset.
• Knowledge of ITIL is an asset.
