Expert Brand and Customer Manager 

Contract Duration: 16/06/2025 to 31/12/2025

Work Regime: Full-time

Location: Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office in Brussels and 2/3 days option to work from home

Role Description:

The role involves defining and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to support the growth of the portfolio. The BCM will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as affairs, sales, digital & data analytics, and market access to implement the Business Unit strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an integrated brand plan based on local market and customer insights, aligned with global/regional strategic brand plans.
  • Adapt the brand plan proactively in response to changing environments, customer insights, market research, and promotional analysis.
  • Serve as the brand, competitor, and market expert for assigned indications.
  • Deliver marketing initiatives and materials to achieve performance targets.
  • Optimize customer engagements by leveraging digital and print channels.
  • Share and implement best practices across the business unit and regional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on brand strategy and messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional team discussions and ensure alignment around strategy and activity planning.
  • Manage the brand budget for assigned indications.

Profile:

  • Passionate about marketing, science, and people.
  • Preferred experience in marketing or project management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for portfolio indications.
  • Strong collaborator with a team player mindset.
  • Exhibit strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and/or French.
