Requirements
Support the architect to find present and communicate suitable solutions
Conduct workshops to analyze business processes, their needs and current operational solution to gain a deep understanding of requirements and challenges to be able to foster OOTB adoption
Ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the solutions by utilizing new technologies and methodologies.
Represent our interests towards integrators in both project- and CoE-mode
Produce or review user stories and functional specifications.
Produce or review the design of customized functionality of MS Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Configure or review the configuration done by Supplier’s or colleagues.
Regularly update of JIRA boards.
Participate in all Scrum events.
Support bug analysis and fixing.
Close collaboration with the testing team and participates in testing in UAT and
regressing testing in PRD (if needed)
Ensuring test cases are documented with clear description of requirements, expected result and result in close coordination with business
Work with the technical lead and suppliers technical teams for seamless integration and deployment.
Produce or review functional documentation on configured and customized
functionality to ensure clear understanding and future maintenance.
Coach business colleagues on user training.
Contribute to the up-skilling of current internal team.
Profile
University master’s degree preferably in computer science, information technology or
related disciplines.
10 years of CRM MS Dynamics hands-on experience acquired as part of a Consulting firm
Proven experience in multinational or large-size companies.
3 years of strong exposure to functional or business analysis with experience in
producing, maintaining and communicating Service Blueprints, Processes Blueprints and User Stories detailing down.
Expert in Sales, Marketing and Customer service related processes and best practices.
Experience in an agile software delivery environment.
Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate to all relevant stakeholders on
their relevant level of information need) and you can write complex documents and deliver persuasive presentations.
Works autonomously with minimal supervision.
Team player with proactive mentality.
Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
Excellent written English.
