GenAI Solution Architect Position

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of AI components behind chatbots/RAG.
• Support the definition of end-to-end architecture, integration standards, and foundational building blocks, including data feeds.
• Build and scale the cloud-based infrastructure for the Chatbot (PA) platform.
• Ensure PA components run efficiently on Azure, are secure, and integrate well with existing infrastructure.

Role Overview:

• Design the complete AI system components behind insurance assistants.
• Select appropriate cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure AI Services, AKS, API Gateway).
• Define integration standards considering existing frameworks and tech stack (Mistral AI, KORE.AI, SalesForce, etc.).
• Design and implement security-first architectures, define evaluation pipelines for model fairness and explainability, and establish audit trails.
• Collaborate with CCOE, enterprise architects, IT security, DevOps teams, and business SMEs to optimize compute, storage, and real-time API responses.
