Responsibilities:

• Govern and manage the risk process.
• Ensure the Risk Management Plan’s process and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Organize Risk Management meetings.
• Report on program risks.
• Audit ongoing risk management of EPC contractors and exchange relevant information.
• Log identified risks in a tool, assess risk impacts, identify and follow up on mitigation actions.
• Conduct simulations and Monte Carlo analysis on cost and planning (contingency calculation).
• Provide expertise input to program members on risk management.
• Suggest improvements to the risk management methodology.
• Update the existing Risk Management Plan and implement changes when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong project management capabilities and a high learning curve.
• Knowledge of risk management techniques, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK project management methodology is an asset.
• Experience with large infrastructure project risks is a key asset.
• Knowledge of high voltage transmission infrastructure projects is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English.
• Proactive, strong communicator, and team player.
• Strong interviewing skills.
