Mission Context:
We are looking for an interim manager to lead the Financial Analysis & Planning team within the Finance department. The primary responsibility is the production, control, and analysis of external and internal financial reports under IFRS and/or Belgian GAAP, including liquidity and solvency reports.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Financial Analysis & Planning (FA&P) team, ensuring the delivery of key financial performance analyses.
- Monitor, analyze, interpret, and comment on key financial performances such as profitability, solvency, balance sheet, and liquidity.
- Coordinate forward-looking exercises including budget planning, multi-year plans, and stress tests.
- Produce quarterly analytical reports and coordinate communication with senior management, regulators, works council, and rating agencies.
- Maintain relationships with entities to gather relevant business evolution information.
- Perform regular impairment tests on goodwill and participations.

Education:
Master's degree in economics or similar qualification.
Experience Required:
- At least 6 years of experience in accounts reporting, control, or consolidation processes.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access.
