KNIME & LiveDesign Analyst

Location: Antwerp

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level functional and technical support for KNIME and LiveDesign in a scientific research environment.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues related to data workflows, custom nodes, and system performance.
• Partner with scientists to understand use cases and deliver best-fit solutions within the tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and usability of KNIME and LiveDesign platforms.
• Support training and onboarding of users to promote effective use of the tools.
• Document key support workflows and maintain knowledge bases.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with KNIME and LiveDesign, preferably in a pharmaceutical R&D setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical end users and translate their needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Fluent in professional English (spoken and written), with proven ability to work in a multicultural, remote team.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
