Role Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality access management consulting services. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet requirements and improve IAM service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Design use cases, specifications, and solution proposals.
- Clarify project scope and provide the team with fully-documented deliverables.
- Identify additional functional requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
- Focus on delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Promote excellence, quality, and professionalism through standardized requirements gathering and management techniques.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the Access Management domain, including Security Model, Target Operating Model, Organization, Governance, and Tooling.
- Actively participate in the target solution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts, counterparts, and customers in the access management environment.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Spoken communication skills
- French: Good written and spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IAM domain.
- Knowledge of process management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirements, specifications, and use case design.
- Preferably 10 years of experience in security technology and processes, including Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, and Role-Based Access Control.
- Knowledge of Sailpoint, ServiceNow, and access user management on different target systems (Windows/Unix/Mainframe).
- Knowledge of Cloud (IAAS/PAAS solutions) and Information Security Standards & Frameworks.
Business Experience:
- Familiarity with process modeling and analysis.
- Ability to quickly understand, analyze, and document detailed processes in Information Security.
- Capability to perform functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines.
- Preferably professional experience in Financial Services and 10 years in an IST environment.
