Role Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality access management consulting services. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet requirements and improve IAM service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Design use cases, specifications, and solution proposals.
• Clarify project scope and provide the team with fully-documented deliverables.
• Identify additional functional requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
• Focus on delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Promote excellence, quality, and professionalism through standardized requirements gathering and management techniques.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the Access Management domain, including Security Model, Target Operating Model, Organization, Governance, and Tooling.
• Actively participate in the target solution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts, counterparts, and customers in the access management environment.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Spoken communication skills
• French: Good written and spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the IAM domain.
• Knowledge of process management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with requirements, specifications, and use case design.
• Preferably 10 years of experience in security technology and processes, including Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, and Role-Based Access Control.
• Knowledge of Sailpoint, ServiceNow, and access user management on different target systems (Windows/Unix/Mainframe).
• Knowledge of Cloud (IAAS/PAAS solutions) and Information Security Standards & Frameworks.

Business Experience:

• Familiarity with process modeling and analysis.
• Ability to quickly understand, analyze, and document detailed processes in Information Security.
• Capability to perform functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines.
• Preferably professional experience in Financial Services and 10 years in an IST environment.
