Mission Context:

The role involves reinforcing the KYC Reporting team for the creation and modification of recurrent and new reports.

Function Description:

The Data Visualization Specialist will support internal customers by executing various data reporting and visualization projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and identify their visualization and reporting needs.
• Capturing requirements and translating them into prototypes and full dashboards.
• Collecting and assembling data to support the prototyping of visualizations with customers.
• Developing, updating, optimizing, publishing, and decommissioning dashboards/reports while adhering to data and reporting governance guidelines.
• Striving for optimal solutions for the development and automation of reports and dashboards.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers to create sustainable data solutions and evolve existing ones in line with new needs, promoting reuse and consistency.
• Setting up, advocating, and implementing reporting and visualization best practices according to defined guidelines and standards.
• Coaching junior Data Visualization Specialists.
• Acting as a guardian and ambassador of governance practices.
• Documenting and training users on effectively maximizing different tools.

• Dutch: Fluent
• French: Fluent
• English: Fluent

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Data Reporting.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Excel
• Preferable: SAS, Tableau, BO

Business Experience:

• Preferable: Financial Security - KYC
