Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Business to lead a new, complex service startup in Daily Banking. The role involves:

• Project governance and leadership of project boards or steering committees
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Risk and issue management
• Capacity planning and resource management
• Budget management
• Performance management
• Process improvement
• Time management
• Contract design
• Follow-up on project documentation and change control

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Minimally basic spoken communication skills
• French: Good written and spoken communication skills
• English: Good written and spoken communication skills

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in outsourcing and setting up new services with third parties in Daily Banking
• Preferable experience in contract design
