Mission Context:

We are looking for a Business Analyst Expert specializing in banking transactions. The successful candidate will identify business needs, analyze trends and competition, propose product and service improvements, and develop business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role involves acting as an interface between stakeholders and project management, bridging business needs with IT, and defining the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Identify business needs and trends in the banking sector.
• Propose improvements for products and services.
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as an interface between stakeholders and project management.
• Bridge business needs with IT, defining business scope and target operating models.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory technical experience, preferably in technical aspects of banking transactions.
• Expert knowledge in banking transactions.
• Familiarity with the banking industry, especially in Belgium.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT.
• Preferable experience in business analysis.
