Project Manager - Advisor Tooling

End Date: End of January 2026, with a possibility of extension until the end of Q1 2026
Work Schedule: Full-time, 2 to 3 days per week on-site in Antwerpen

Role Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager – Advisor Tooling to join the Advisor Experience Steering Team within the Customer Operations Steering Tribe. This strategic role focuses on optimizing the tools and platforms used by advisors to deliver fast, efficient, and personalized customer service. You will drive the long-term tooling roadmap, align cross-functional initiatives, and ensure strategic coherence across platforms and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and maintain the long-term advisor tooling roadmap in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Translate management vision into actionable plans and promote internal alignment.
- Facilitate quarterly alignment meetings with the Operations Leadership Team.
- Identify synergies and overlaps across tooling initiatives to ensure consistency.
- Step into projects as needed, either as project lead or advisor advocate.
- Ensure visibility on project progress, potential bottlenecks, and communicate effectively across domains.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, analysts, and external partners.
- Maintain contact regarding AI tooling development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- Experience in large corporate or international environments.
- Background in customer-facing sectors (telecom, energy, banking, etc.).
- Affinity with IT, CRM systems, advisor desktops, and AI tooling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in Dutch; professional proficiency in English.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Helicopter view combined with hands-on mentality.
- Affinity with IT, CRM systems, advisor desktops, and UX.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work independently and structure ambiguity.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in telecom, energy, or banking sectors.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and customer operations platforms.
- Experience with mock-ups or UI design.
- Knowledge base tooling, Pre-Sales tooling, CRM (Pega), Routing tooling (Genesys).
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
