Digital Transformation Consultant

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:
Guiding digital transformation projects within the organisation.
Analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing digital strategies.
Collaborating with various departments to facilitate change.
Monitoring progress and reporting to management.

Required qualifications and experience:
At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Experience with project management and change management.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Desired skills and certifications:
Certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.
Knowledge of the latest digital technologies and trends.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Language requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and English.
