Senior IT/Security Portfolio Manager

Location: Brussels (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT/Security Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of security projects related to the NIS2 certification journey. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management framework, focusing on scope, budget, and time, aligning with strategic goals and objectives. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and project managers to ensure projects meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a prioritized project plan and work breakdown structure, defining a clear scope and ensuring appropriate resource allocation to meet Infra & Security needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the portfolio with strategic goals and objectives.
• Maintain a holistic view of the project portfolio and ensure regular reporting to top management and stakeholders.
• Manage smaller projects or support project managers to ensure delivery according to best practices, acting as a role model.
• Report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and senior managers within related domains (Risk management, Business continuity, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager (5 years).
• Proven experience with board reporting.
• Proven experience in managing security projects.
• Proven experience with PMI or Prince 2.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with at least an intermediate level in the second language, and fluent in English.
• Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer.
• Certified ISO22301 BCP Implementer.
• Proven experience with cybersecurity/ISMS audits.
• Proven experience with NIS certification journeys.
