Senior HR Project/Change Manager

Responsibilities and Tasks

Organizational Design:
• Support the HR Business Partner team and business leaders to assess current structures and recommend optimal organization models.
• Support in workforce design and planning initiatives to support business strategy implementation.
• Support in/ conduct diagnostic assessments (e.g., current state analysis, future state design) and facilitate design workshops.

Change Management:
• Focus specifically on coordinating change management initiatives for the HR Manager and HR Business Partner team, with the HRBPs leading the change
• Design and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption.
• Lead the implementation of the overall change management plan to support the successful rollout of the organizational changes.
• Be the central point of contact for change related to organizational changes (information, risks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment and consistency across the HRBP team and towards the organization)
• Provide guidance, support, structure, and a consolidated and integrated view of the sequences of the changes and the progress.
• Develop communication and engagement strategies, training plans, and change impact assessments.
• Monitor progress and flag risks, overlaps, or support needs in a timely and solution-oriented manner.

Change strategy & planning:
• Act as a subject matter expert to HR Manager and HRBP team on organizational design and change management practices.
• Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with project goals and business outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and manage detailed change management plans including communication, training, and engagement activities.

Alignment & communication:
• Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across different change streams by consolidating inputs and outputs.
• Provide clear and concise reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Tools:
• Use the existing change management methodology & approach available
• Propose toolkits to support HRBPs in delivering effective change
• Participate to change implementation, facilitate some workshops with internal stakeholders to support the HRBP team

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and Dutch
• Experience in supporting HR organizational or transformation programs in large organizations
• Very good knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Have a good understanding of how to align people, structure, processes, and culture to drive business outcomes.
• Strong project management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
