Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the optimization project of a chatbot within a digital channels environment. The successful candidate will manage the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels and providing a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the solution design team to develop a solution that meets business requirements and aligns with the digital strategy.
• Manage the development and testing of the chatbot, including integration with existing digital channels and systems.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Ensure that the chatbot is deployed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement a testing and quality assurance plan to ensure that the chatbot meets business requirements and is free from defects.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop a plan for ongoing maintenance and support of the chatbot.

Language Requirements:

• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.
• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.

Education and Certification:

• Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
• Certification in Project Management Methodology is required.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital channels environment.
• Strong understanding of chatbot technology and its applications is preferable.
• Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
