Business Analyst 

Location: Antwerpen

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

• Support the product owner in analyzing epics and business features to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development team, and management to optimize processes and contribute to the roadmap.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to understand business processes and needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories.
• Assist in the development of business cases, perform impact analyses, and contribute to a clear roadmap.
• Work with the development team to design and implement solutions.
• Monitor the progress and success of implemented changes.
• Serve as a liaison between business and the transformation office (TO) department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive attitude and collaborative talent.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis and process optimization.
• Experience with process modeling, business feature mapping, and user story writing.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management using stakeholder analysis tools and techniques.
