Job description:
As part of the single file project, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM is deployed to unify user relationship management practices. Specific support is required to align business practices, support employees, structure membership and train more than 1,200 agents. The objective is to ensure a smooth, efficient and coherent appropriation of public service issues.

Responsibilities:
Design, in agreement with the Change team and the Academy, the training strategy and deployment plan adapted to the different professions.
Ensure the pedagogical design of training courses in a mix learning approach.
Train the trainers of the Academy.
